Completing your CME involves studying the materials, meeting the assessment requirements, and saving proof of the credits earned.
With Travel Medical Seminars, testing takes place online. After successful completion, your documentation becomes available in your customer portal. Knowing the sequence helps you plan around renewal and employer deadlines.
Check when testing opens
Online testing is available on or after the first day of your selected seminar period. Tests are unavailable before this date.
Before starting an assessment, review the activity instructions. Check the passing score, permitted attempts, and credit designation for your profession. Review the program details.
Study before submitting your answers
Use both the audio lectures and their written summaries. Revisit sections you need to understand more fully before submitting an assessment.
Do not assume every profession follows the same testing rules. Travel Medical Seminars publishes specific restrictions for CRNAs, including an 80 percent passing score and one attempt per test. A failed test earns no credit for the affected segment.
The listed CRNA totals also differ from the physician CME totals: up to five MAC Ed Credits for the short course and up to ten for the full course, subject to successful completion. Read the published credit and testing provisions.
Allow time for your documents
Travel Medical Seminars states the CME certificate and Certificate of Participation are posted to your portal within 48 hours after all tests have been submitted and passed. Its program description also identifies an official CME transcript reflecting credits earned.
Build this processing period into your schedule. If an employer needs your documents on Friday, finishing your last assessment late Thursday leaves little time for processing or resolving a question.
Understand your registration and completion records
Your registration confirmation records your course title, seminar dates, location, and corresponding credit amount. Your completion documentation records participation and the credits earned after completing the required work.
Keep both sets of records. Use the official CME documentation when recording earned credits. Review documentation details.
Review and save your documents
Check your name, course information, completion details, and earned credits. Contact Travel Medical Seminars if anything appears incorrect or if documents remain unavailable after the published processing period.
Save copies in a folder for your renewal cycle. Record the completion date, provider, credit type, earned credits, and certificate filename in your CME log.
If your licensing board or employer uses a separate reporting system, check its submission requirements. A document appearing in your course portal does not establish completion of a separate reporting obligation.
