Travel Medical Seminars provides digital CME materials for study during your selected seminar dates and at your chosen location. The program combines audio lectures, written summaries, and online testing.
Here is how to prepare for the course, use the materials, and plan your completion.
Choose your specialty and seminar dates
Start with a subject relevant to your practice and education requirements. The course catalog includes family practice, internal medicine, emergency medicine, pediatrics, psychiatry, and other specialties.
Next, choose the short or full course and provide your seminar dates and location. The short course supports a seminar period of up to five consecutive days. The full course supports up to ten consecutive days. Explore the program.
Check your registration confirmation
Your receipt and registration confirmation identify the course title, seminar dates, location, and corresponding credit amount.
Review these details before your seminar begins. If your dates, course selection, or registration information need attention, contact Travel Medical Seminars at 877-864-6867 or info@travelmedicalseminars.com.
Prepare your digital materials
Courses include digital audio lectures and accompanying written summaries. Follow the access instructions provided with your registration.
Before your planned study session, confirm access to the materials and test audio playback on your preferred device. Keep your registration information available if you need help.
The public program page describes digital delivery. For questions about downloading files, offline listening, or device compatibility, confirm the details with the team before relying on a particular setup.
Build a study schedule
Set aside time for listening, reviewing the summaries, and completing assessments. Spread the work across your seminar period instead of leaving every test until the final day.
Use the written summaries to revisit points from each lecture. Keep a short list of clinical questions or ideas you want to explore further.
Plan around the testing start date
Online testing opens on or after the first day of your seminar period. It does not open before the seminar begins.
Include testing time in your schedule. Review the instructions for each activity before submitting answers, including the applicable passing score and testing-attempt rules.
Save your completion documents
Travel Medical Seminars states its completion documents are posted to your customer portal within 48 hours after all tests have been submitted and passed. Leave time for this step if you need documentation for a renewal or employer deadline.
Save your documents with your CME records and update your credit log. Review the program’s documentation details.
